2nd Educational Conference for Diversity: schools free of racism and bullying
CHANIPEN takes part in the central round table, on 6 November at the University of Murcia.
On Friday 6 November 2026, from 4pm to 8pm, the University of Murcia — La Merced Campus hosts the 2nd Educational Conference for Diversity: “Schools free of racism and bullying in Murcia”. CHANIPEN takes part in the central round table.
The conference is organised by AFROMURCIA EN MOVIMIENTO, a non-profit association of people of African descent in the Region of Murcia, as part of its project ETUGU: Decolonising education in the Region of Murcia. The date coincides with the International Week against Violence and Bullying at School.
The aim is to create a space for meeting, reflection and dialogue between education professionals, families, associations, young people and institutions, to address the prevention of racism and of ethnic and racial bullying at school, and to share tools for moving towards more inclusive, diverse schools, free of racism.
The round table is the central space of the conference. It brings together different voices and experiences from education, diversity and anti-racist work, to think together about the challenges and the possible responses to racist bullying in schools.
